The concrete countertop sealer we use is called EAP and is made by  Kinloch here in Austin, Texas.

All we can say is that we have been using the Kinlock for over 4 years now and we have never had one call back and never heard of anyone having to reseal it.  I am sure than eventually someone will have to reseal, but it is holding up even better then we expected.

We pay $300 per gallon and were happy to do it – it’s like insurance for us.  We just don’t have any problems.

Plus, it’s so hard and durable, that we can put it on thinner than most sealers and the satin finish resembles a beautiful hand rubbed beeswax look.

There are cheaper sealers out there, and maybe those have to be reapplied every year – but we only use high quality products.
